Eligibility Requirements<\/h2>\n

Report the issue within the time frames below.<\/p>\n

Item must be unused<\/strong>, unopened<\/strong>, in its original packaging<\/strong> with all seals intact, including all accessories<\/strong> and any promotional gifts.<\/p>\n

Provide the original invoice<\/strong> or order number.<\/p>\n

Ship the return using secure packaging<\/strong> (ideally the original outer carton).<\/p>\n

Note: Opened\/used items or items with altered packaging\/seals cannot be accepted for health reasons.<\/p>\n

Reporting Time Frames<\/h2>\n

Visible shipping damage \/ leakage \/ spillage:<\/strong> within 48 hours<\/strong> of delivery (include clear photos\/videos of the outer packaging and the item).<\/p>\n

Manufacturing defects, wrong item, or short shipment:<\/strong> within 7 calendar days<\/strong> of the carrier\u2019s confirmed delivery date.<\/p>\n

How to Submit a Request<\/h2>\n

Contact Theoutlet Customer Care via WhatsApp<\/strong> and share:<\/p>\n

Order\/invoice number, issue description, and clear photos\/videos.<\/p>\n

Receive a Service Request (RMA)<\/strong> number and shipping instructions.<\/p>\n

Arrange pickup<\/strong> from your address or drop-off<\/strong> at the instructed location.<\/p>\n

We will inspect<\/strong> the item within 1\u20133 business days<\/strong> after it reaches our facility.<\/p>\n

Resolution Options<\/h2>\n

Replace with the same item<\/strong> (subject to availability).<\/p>\n

Exchange for an alternative item<\/strong>, with any price difference<\/strong> settled if applicable.<\/p>\n

Refund<\/strong> to the original payment method after the return passes inspection.<\/p>\n

Refund timeline:<\/strong> within 3\u20135 business days<\/strong> from approval.
Overall processing time:<\/strong> typically, 7\u201310 business days<\/strong> from opening the request to completion.<\/p>\n

Shipping Costs<\/h2>\n

Theoutlet covers all shipping costs<\/strong> in cases of damaged\/defective items, wrong items, or short shipments.<\/p>\n

    Ineligible Cases<\/h2>\n

    Item opened\/used, seals\/health labels removed, or packaging altered.<\/p>\n

    Damage due to improper storage or use after delivery.<\/p>\n

    Requests submitted after<\/strong> the reporting windows above.<\/p>\n

    Personal-care items that have been opened (for hygiene\/safety reasons).<\/p>\n

    General Terms<\/h2>\n

    This policy does not affect your statutory rights<\/strong> under applicable laws.<\/p>\n

    Theoutlet reserves the right to decline<\/strong> any request that does not meet these conditions or violates safety procedures.<\/p>\n
