Eligibility Requirements<\/h2>\n

Report the issue within the timeframes below.<\/p>\n

The product must be unused<\/strong>, unopened<\/strong>, in its original packaging<\/strong> with all seals intact, including all accessories<\/strong> and any promotional gifts.<\/p>\n

Provide the original invoice<\/strong> or order number.<\/p>\n

Ship the return using secure packaging<\/strong> (preferably the original outer carton).<\/p>\n

Note: Opened\/used products or products with altered packaging\/seals cannot be accepted for hygiene reasons.<\/p>\n

Reporting Timeframes<\/h2>\n

Visible Shipping Damage\/Leakage\/Spillage<\/strong>: Within 48 hours<\/strong> of delivery (include clear photos\/videos of the outer packaging and product).<\/p>\n

Manufacturing Defects, Incorrect Product, or Incomplete Shipment:<\/strong> Within 7 calendar days<\/strong> of the delivery confirmation date from the carrier.<\/p>\n

How to Place an Order<\/h2>\n

Contact Theoutlet Customer Service via WhatsApp<\/strong> and share:<\/p>\n

Order\/Invoice Number, Description of the Issue, and Clear Photos\/Videos.<\/p>\n

Receive a Service Order Number (RMA)<\/strong> and Shipping Instructions.<\/p>\n

Arrange for pickup <\/strong>from your address or delivery <\/strong>to your specified location.<\/p>\n

We will inspect <\/strong>the product within 1-3 business days<\/strong> after it arrives at our facility.<\/p>\n

Resolution Options<\/h2>\n

Replacement with the same product<\/strong> (subject to availability).<\/p>\n

Exchange for a different product<\/strong>, with any price difference refunded<\/strong> if applicable.<\/p>\n

Refund <\/strong>to your original payment method after the return passes inspection.<\/p>\n

Refund Schedule:<\/strong> 3-5 business days<\/strong> from approval.
\nTotal Processing Time:<\/strong> Typically 7-10 business days<\/strong> from order placement to completion.<\/p>\n

Shipping Costs<\/h2>\n

Theoutlet covers all shipping costs<\/strong> for damaged\/defective products, incorrect products, or incomplete shipments.<\/p>\n

    Opening\/using the product, removing the seals\/hygiene labels, or altering the packaging.<\/p>\n

    Damage resulting from improper storage or use after delivery.<\/p>\n

    Personal products that have been opened (for hygiene\/safety reasons).<\/p>\n

    General conditions<\/h2>\n
