used to treat adults with a type of lung cancer called non-small cell lung cancer, that presents with a specific rearrangement or defect in either a gene called anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) or a gene called ROS1.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Do not use Crizotinib:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li>Do not use If you are allergic to crizotinib or any of the other ingredients of this medicine.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Warnings and precautions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Talk to your doctor before taking Crizotinib:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li>If you have moderate or severe liver disease.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li>If you have ever had any other lung problems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li>Some lung problems may get worse during treatment none\">\n<ul>\n<li>If you have vision disorders (seeing flashes of light, blurred vision, and double vision).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li>If you have severe kidney disease.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Possible side effects:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li>Stop using the product and seek immediate medical attention if you develop throat tightness or swelling of the eyes, face, lips or tongue, feel faint, or have difficulty breathing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li
