Take up to 4mL (0.8 tsp; 80 drops) daily, spread throughout the day. Follow the daily usage instructions above if it is your first time taking Mega-Mag. Do not refrigerate. A high intake of magnesium may cause a laxative effect. If this occurs, simply reduce the amount per serving.
